The Nevada Professional Driving School Association supports the highest principles of ethical conduct for the driver education and training profession. The Association has adopted these principles and its members aspire to them as their code of conduct as they pursue their goal of improved road safety through high quality driver education and training.

As a member of Nevada Professional Driving School Association, I pledge myself: 

·        To perform my duties as a driver education and training professional to the highest standard of excellence.

·        To provide a positive role model for others in my personal driving performance.

·        To deal with students and parents in an honest, fair and forthright manner at all times.

·        To help each student realize his or her potential in attaining defensive driving habits that can lead to a lifetime of safe driving.

·        To safeguard to the extent provided by law, any confidential student information which may come into my possession.

·        To never permit any personal bias or prejudice I may have interfere with the faithful discharge of my duty to my students or to my profession.

·        To never represent school or teacher qualifications or services to students or to the general public in a misleading or deceptive manner.

·        To take advantage of professional growth and training opportunities whenever possible.

·        To never directly or indirectly injure the personal or professional reputation of a driving school or another driver education and training professional.

·        To offer my assistance and guidance to colleagues who are new to the profession or who may otherwise benefit from my experience, education, and/or training.

·        To support the efforts of Nevada Professional Driving School Association in promoting high standards for my profession.
